Thank you for shopping with Cooking Flame Torch! We are committed to delivering your Adjustable Propane Cooking Flame Torch For BBQ And Outdoor Cooking quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on a Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, estimated delivery time is typically 5-10 business days after the order has been processed. We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments, depending on the package size, weight, and destination.
4. International Shipping
For international orders, estimated delivery time is typically 10-25 business days after the order has been processed. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Cooking Flame Torch is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these shipments can only be sent via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@cookingflametorch.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages). Please provide your order number and any relevant details or photographic evidence of damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries
Due to international regulations and carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is on a restricted list, you will be notified during the checkout process, and your order will not be able to be completed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
